One of our main reasons for installing Disqus was for the improved comment moderation it brings, so with that in mind next week we're planning on moving to Phase Two and requiring that only comments made by people who are signed in will appear immediately. Comments by people who aren't signed in, or who haven't commented before, will be automatically held for moderation. This will give us a bit more control over comments, while also hopefully encouraging a few more readers to give Disqus a whirl.
You can sign up and/or find out more at Disqus. (You'll also still be able to sign in using a Twitter, Yahoo! or OpenID account.)

Just making sure I'm signed in and this thing is working.
Thank you, Mike, for fixing the bugs. Great performance on EA as usual :-)
Yesterday I wondered about Disqus' time designations to appear in many different languages, very international indeed ;-)

Testing, testing. 1-2-3.
This edit feature is pretty suh-weet, by the way.
Thanks Arshama. Disqus told me on Twitter about a week ago that they'd fixed the international language thing, but yesterday my Disqus page featured time designations in German- they've said they're working on another fix. Though personally I quite enjoy playing 'guess the language' when it happens :)
"This will give us a bit more control over comments..."
Hope this won't lead to censorship (just kidding)... ;)
